1. What we collect
Shia Network Australia may collect information you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, listing details, service requests, reviews, favourites, saved searches and community verification information.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate the directory, review and publish listings, manage accounts, support favourites and alerts, respond to reports, improve the platform and help users find relevant community services.
3. Public listing information
Business, service and community listing details you submit for publication may appear publicly after review. Avoid submitting private addresses, personal details or sensitive information unless you are comfortable with it being published.
4. Accounts and authentication
Member login may use Supabase Auth and Google sign-in. Authentication providers may process login information according to their own privacy policies.
5. Data storage
Site data may be stored using Supabase and related hosting services. We aim to limit access to administrative users who need it to operate and moderate the directory.
6. Requests, reviews and reports
Service requests, reviews and reports may be reviewed by administrators. Requests should not include exact addresses, medical details, financial information or other sensitive personal information.
